READY-TO-WEAR

Step 1:

Our team will share our entire ​collection (without branding) as a PDF ​document. Customers will share the PDF ​with their connections and community, ​and then share confirmed orders with ​our team.

Stitching prices:

• Blouse: ₹ 1,499
  
• Lehenga and Choli: ₹ 2,999
  

Customization costs (e.g., branding, ​stitching) are charged per order.

Step 2:

Our team will promptly send a detailed sales invoice, including key information such as design code, design image, quantity (per size and color), quality, delivery timeframe, all-inclusive MRP cost, and any additional comments. Upon receiving the invoice, the customer can review it and make a 50% advance payment to initiate the order. The remaining 50% (or less, based on product availability) should be paid before dispatch from India. This approach guarantees that the customer’s payment is utilized efficiently and not held as an advance for future orders.

STEP 4:

OUR TEAM WILL PROVIDE REGULAR UPDATES TO THE CUSTOMER VIA WHATSAPP OR EMAIL, AND WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO SATISFY THE CUSTOMER.

STEP 3:

ONCE THE ORDER IS CONFIRMED AND THE ADVANCE IS RECEIVED, OUR TEAM WILL PROCESS THE ORDER AND DELIVER IT WITHIN 15 BUSINESS DAYS OR AS DISCUSSED WITH THE CUSTOMER.

step 1:

Customer design: Our custom clothing division reproduces designs that customers share. We do not create new styles, fabrics, prints, or embroidery. This allows us to focus on our core competency of bringing customers' visions to life.

step 2:

Illustration, fabric, print, and embroidery: After receiving the customer's design, our designers will provide illustrations and technical sheets (with prices). They will also send fabric, print, and embroidery samples via WhatsApp or courier (logistic charge is additional).

• For casual clothing (e.g., kurta sets with machine embroidery), we charge ₹2,999 per design to begin the process and create samples.
  
• For designer clothing (e.g., bridal lehengas with hand embroidery), we charge ₹5,999 per design to begin the process and create samples.
  

However, we will deduct this amount from the final order total once the customer confirms the order.

step 3:

Confirmation: After reviewing everything via WhatsApp or courier, the customer will confirm colors and sizes. Once we have received the necessary information and payment, our designer will execute the order and manufacture the designs according to the time estimates given to the customer.

RETURN POLICY:

• WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR PRODUCTS THAT ARE NOT ​DEFECTIVE.
